Brief introduction:
Equine Art by Cindi Wyatt
People
have been avidly collecting model horses for decades. Model horse collecting can
be a creative hobby, and behind the horses are a growing number of collectors
and artists who show, paint, customize, sell, trade, buy, race and even assign
pedigrees to their models.
Brumby
Studios are located in Raleigh North Carolina and I started collecting Breyers
at a young age. My artistic ability in Equine Art has given me the opportunity
to extend my craftsmanship to others.
The horses carried by Brumby Studios are models made of resin and fashioned to
look like real horses. They come in four "scales" or sizes: Traditional, which
is approximately 9" in height; Classic, which is about 7" high more or less;
Little Bits, which are about 4-5"; and Stablemates, which average right at 2.5"
high. Literally hundreds of molds of different breeds, colors and sexes of horse
are available. I am experienced in hand painting and/or airbrushing appaloosa,
bays, black, buckskin, palominos, grays, pintos. Custom orders are now being
accepted.
Visit the Gallery section to
view different breeds of the models that recently were reserve champions, nan’d,
LSQ, and placed in first, second in the workmanship division, placed 1st
in the halter division. You will sure find out that I enjoy this hobby and my
craftsmanship is above the rest.
